DOWNERS GROVE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 21, 2025--

Duly Health and Care announced today the acquisition of Woodridge Clinic, a long-standing provider of primary care in the western suburbs. The partnership expands access to high-quality, physician-led care for patients in Woodridge and surrounding communities.

Founded in 1986, Woodridge Clinic has proudly served patients throughout Chicago’s western suburbs with a focus on primary care, diabetes management, and occupational therapy. The clinic’s team of physicians and care providers, and their Lemont, Lombard, and Woodridge clinics, will join Duly’s growing network of more than 1,000 physicians and providers and 110 locations across Chicagoland.

“Woodridge Clinic has deep roots in the community, and its physicians and providers have built lasting relationships with generations of families,” said Nicolas Dronen, Vice President, Enterprise Strategy & Growth at Duly Health and Care. “We are proud to welcome this respected group into Duly. Together, we will make care more convenient, more connected, and focused on helping patients live healthier lives.”

For Woodridge Clinic, the acquisition redefines its ability to deliver care in today’s evolving healthcare environment.

“Our commitment has always been to provide compassionate, patient-centered care close to home,” said Umang Patel, MD, of Woodridge Clinic. “By joining Duly Health and Care, we will have the support, resources, and technology to continue that mission while expanding access to specialty services and coordinated care for our patients.”

Through this partnership, Woodridge Clinic and Duly Health and Care strengthen their ability to deliver trusted, physician-led care while expanding services for the communities they serve. As part of this growth, Duly plans to recruit additional providers to join Woodridge Clinic to meet the increasing healthcare needs of patients in the surrounding area.
