Ben Schrag Named Chief Strategy Officer at C Street Advisory Group as Firm Announces its C Street Optimization Practice

In his new role, Schrag will oversee firmwide strategy, drive business development, and guide the growth of C Street Optimization, a new practice designed to help professional services firms unlock value and accelerate growth.

He later served as Chief Growth Officer at Kroll and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of the Restructuring Group at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. He began his career as a restructuring attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and has advised numerous law firms and professional services organizations on strategy and execution.
